In search of Peace

Today was a good day,

I have a lot going on and lately my heads been all fucked up! So today I took my new Ipod nano, which is a 4 gig, and just went for a nice long run!

It was amazing the difference it made i was just out running and I was smiling (which i never do!) and the run was nice and i was at peace just singing my songs in my own mind (like it could be anyone else's.) It was so calming it was like a Zen moment (if I believed in Zen). however for those moments where i was just running over the roads and through the woods were so helpful to me; just listening to my heart beat my feet pounding onward the music in my mind. I hope you all may find the same measure of peace that for a moment I had found

This is not a typical note but its not a typical feeling for me
